Binghamton, NY

WOW!,
We just got on site of our new project & it has our name written all over it. Projects like this are our bread & butter.

This project was kept under wraps for sometime. It seems like everyone I talked to knew about it, but didn't know anything about it. All I ever heard for the last six months was, "There is an old masonic temple that's falling down on the campus of B.U. which is going to be converted to student housing." I heard everything from, it was one building, two, three??? I heard it was two stories, three, four????? I heard we had the job & didn't have the job?? Nobody knew.

I got a call one morning from one of the owners & was given a name, phone number & address and was asked to drive out to the site to meet the Project Manager and to see what could be done and how quickly. This job is a monster, everything I heard was true. It's three different buildings, three, four & five stories each & it needs a ton of work in a short period of time. We are going to have our hands full.

CROWN ST. EXTERIORS

We first saw the four buildings that make up "NINTH SQUARE" about a year and a half ago. We were hired to do some "structural repairs". When you first walked in you could look up & see the sky. There was not much in the building besides the brick walls. After about six months we had the place put back together, new joists, new floors, roof, and stairs. now a year later were back to make four buildings one apartment complex.
