anyone living in Philadelphia and owns a motorcycle has herd stories, now urban legions about a guy named "the duke"... Every story I ever herd about him was more unbelievable then the next, to the point I even questioned his true existence... well last summer my buddy Steve, not only met him, hung out with him in his house!!! but bought his 68 triumph chopper...? what???? the stories to crazy to re-tell. for the full story check the fots blog.... crazy..........
